نکات مهم قبل از شروع به تمرین:
- برای استفاده بهتر از این دی وی دی تا حد امکان دی وی دی سالم و بدون خش باشد و همچنین دستگاه ویدئو پلیر خانگی یا کامپیوتر حتماً دارای سیستم صوتی قوی ای (استریو) باشد. 
اگر از کامپیوتر استفاده می کنید بهتر است که از یک هدفون قوی استفاده کنید تا تمام صداهای دی وی دی به گوش شما برسد.
- در اتاقی که در حال تمرین این دی وی دی هستید تا جای ممکن اتاق کم نور باشد و پرده ها را بگشید تا نور کمتری به اتاق بیفتد.
- قبل از تمرین از بستگان و دوستان خود بخواهید که در آن ساعت تمرین مظاهم شما نشوند و تلفن منزل و گوشی موبایل خود را خاموش کنید و...
- بر روی یک صندلی راحت رو به روی تلویزیون یا مانیتور کامپیوتر بنشینید.
توجه داشته باشید صندلی که روش نشسته اید هیچگونه فشاری به شما وارد نکند که حواس و تمرکزتان را بهم بزند.

بخش اول) شناسایی (Exploration):
مدت زمان این فایل ویدئویی 10:00 دقیقه می باشد.

این بخش شامل تصاویری رقصان و موج دار همراه با موزیک و سایه های سیاه و سفید و روشن و به رنگ آبی درآمدن و سپس به رنگ خاکستری کم رنگ تبدیل شدن و ... شکل گیری این تصاویر براساس یک الگوریتم استاندارد خاص خود می باشد که تصاویر بصورت تک سلولی و رنگهای موج دار و دائم از شکلی به شکل دیگر درآمدن می باشد. شما در این تصاویر ویدئویی به حالتهای عمیقی از تصاویر که از سفیدی به آبی تغییر شکل و رنگ می دهند مواجعه می شوید.
فرکانس صوتی که در این بخش از ویدئو پخش می شود فرکانس پالس آلفا می باشد که که یک احساس نشاط بخشی را به شما می دهد که هرگز آنرا تجربه نکرده اید.

بخش دوم) سحر شدن، جادو شدن (Enchantment):
مدت زمان پخش ویدئو 10:46 دقیقه می باشد.

در این بخش شما با تمرکز به تصاویر ویدیویی یک رنگین کمانی از انواع رنگ ها مشاهده می کنید. حتی اگر خیلی هوشیار و تمرکز داشته باشید می توانید یک قله کوه را نیز در بین تصاویر ویدئویی مشاهده کنید (مثل عکس هایی که با تمرکز به آن تصویر دیگری را می توانید پیدا کنید).
اگر تمرکز فکریتان زیاد باشد شما احساس یک درون فکنی و سفر به درون ضمیر ناخوادگاه خود می کنید.

بخش سوم) به تعالی و مرحله بالا رفتن (Transcendence):
مدت زمان پخش ویدئو 11:52 دقیقه می باشد.

تصاویر ویدئویی سایه دار که بصورت یک الگوی چرخشی که از رنگ آبی و سبز و بصورت لایه به لایه تشکیل شده است را مشاهده می کنید. در تصاویر یک تونل نورانی را مشاهده می کنید که شما را به عمق خود می بلعد و احساس می کنید که در یک تونل زمان افتاده اید و دارید در درون تونل بلعیده می شوید و انتهای تونل را نمی توانید ببینید.
در این قسمت از ویدئو از امواج فرکانس آلفا و تتا استفاده شده است که یک تجربه متفکرانه و در عین حال سرگرم کننده و تولید اندیشه های خلاق به شما دست می دهد.

بخش چهارم) تولدی دوباره، تولد روحانی (Rebirth):
مدت زمان پخش ویدئو 15:01 دقیقه می باشد.

در این بخش صدای آب خوردن پرندگان را می شنوید که شما را بر روی امواج آلفا و تتا سوار می کند.
شما در صفحه نمایش مانیتور کامپیوتر یا صفحه نمایش تلویزیون چرخش رنگ های سایه دار آبی، سفید، قرمز، بنفش، سبز را که باهم مخلوط و برخورد می کنند و در درون همدیگر فرو می روند را مشاهده می کنید. موسیقی ویدئویی که در این حالت پخش می شود شامل فرکانس های آلفا و تتا در محدوده امواج مغزی می باشد که همانند یک صدای انفجار قدرت دارند و در درون هم مخلوط می شوند و از یک حالت به حالت دیگر موجی تغییر شکل می دهند.

بخش پنجم) به آرامش رسیدن (Serenity):
مدت زمان پخش ویدئو 15:03 دقیقه می باشد.

دراین حالت صفحه نمایشگر یک تصویر پس زمینه آبی رنگ نمایان می شود که شامل تعدادی لایه رنگی همراه با موسیقی می باشد که هر لحظه تغییر شکل می دهد. موسیقی ای که پخش می شود شامل فرکانس آلفا و تتا می باشند که در هر لحظه باهم ادغام شده و بصورت ریتم آهسته و بلند تغییر وضعیت می دهد. همچنین تصاویر رنگارنگی نمایان می شود که یک تصویر ابر مانندی را شکل می دهد و در این حالت شما یک تجربه رسیدن به آرامش بیکرانی را حس خواهید کرد.
 

بخش ششم) احیاء شدن (Regeneration):
مدت زمان پخش ویدئو 6:18 دقیقه می باشد.

در این جلسه شما را از طریق درون خود راهنمایی و هدایت می کنیم.
فرض کنید که شما یک خلبان هواپیما هستید و صفحه نمایشگر شما یک هدایتگر شماست و شما انواع مختلف رنگها را می بینید که در هر لحظه تعقیر رنگ می دهند. رنگ سبز و سفید تبدیل به رنگ قرمز سایه دار و رنگ سبز به ارغوانی تبدیل می شود و شما احساس می کنید که در انواع رنگهای خیره کننده در حال شناور و جم و جوش هستید.

این فرایند با طراحی پدیده زنش دو گوشی (Binaoural Beats) توسط Robert Monroe در پروسه های آموزشی مورد استفاده فراوان قرار گرفته است.
امروزه، این عقیده که محرکات صوتی قادر به تاثیر در سطح آگاهی و هوشیاری انسان هستند، بطور گسترده پذیرفته شده است.در واقع Hemi Sync نشانگر قدرت تکنولوژیک صوت بوده و می تواند موجب بهبود یکپارچگی حسی (SI)، آرام سازی، مراقبه، کاهش استرس، کنترل درد، بهبود خواب و سلامت انسان گردد. با استفاده از تکنولوژی Hemi Sync می توان محیطی پر بار برای تقویت حافظه، یادگیری و قدرت خلاقیت ایجاد نمود.
در طی فرآیند Hemi Sync فرد به ترکیبی از زنش های صوتی دو گوشی بهمراه صدای زمینه مانند موسیقی یا نویز گوش فرا می دهد و این کار، یکپارچگی حسی ویژه ای را فراهم کرده و موجب افزایش توجه و یادگیری می شود. پدیده زنش دو گوشی توسط یک محقق آلمانی به نام (H . W . Dove) کشف شد. انسان و برخی از جانداران پیشرفته، بعلت ساختار مغزیشان قادر به شنیدن زنش های دو گوشی هستند. فرکانس هایی که در آنها می توان زنش دو گوشی را مشخص نمود، بسته به سایز جمجمه گونه های مختلف، متفاوت است. در انسان، اگر فرکانس تونهای حامل کمتر از ۱۵۰۰ Hz باشد، می توان زنش دو گوشی را مشخص نمود. البته مغز دارای توانایی ذاتی در تشخیص اختلاف فاز بین دو گوش است که این توانایی در درک زنش های دو گوشی نیز دخیل می باشد.

درک شنیداری زنش دو گوشی وقتی بوجود می آید که دو صوت همزمان با فرکانسهای تقریباً مشابه (و البته کمتر از ۱۵۰۰ Hz) به دو گوش ارائه شوند و مغز، اختلاف فاز بین این دو را تشخیص دهد. این اختلاف فاز بطور طبیعی، اطلاعات مشخصی را برای فرد بهمراه دارد ولی وقتی این اصوات از طریق هدفونهای استریو و یا بلندگو ارائه گردند، آنگاه مغز دو سیگنال صوتی ورودی را با هم تلفیق نموده و حس شنیدن یک صوت سوم بوجود می آید. این صوت سوم همان زمش دو گوشی (Binaoural Beat) می باشد. منشاء بوجود آمدن این صوت سوم را در محدوده پردازش شنیداری دگر طرفی ساقه مغز (Brainstem) و در منطقه هسته های زیتونی فوقانی (Superior Olivary Nuclei) می دانند. اصطلاح Hemi Sync نیز به این مطلب اشاره دارد گه هر دو نیمکره مغزی، در ارتباط با یکدیگر هستند. تکنولوژی Hemi Sync قادر است تا به صورت طبیعی، امواج مغزی را تغییر داده و باعث افزایش تمرکز، هوشیاری و یادگیری شود.

Robert Monroe's Sojourns On The Highway To Heaven

  • Can you imagine going to a school where you leave your body?
  • Not only that, but leave your body to go to an adjacent dimension one where the spirits of the dead are waiting, confused, to find out where to go?
  • And your assignment is to escort those spirits of the dead to another level of reality, called the Park, where they relax and are prepared for the next step outward?

There actually is such a school. It's called the Monroe Institute, and it's located near Lovingston, about 25 miles south of Charlottesville in Virginia. Helping the dead to find their way to heaven is a graduate program called Lifeline that is on the curriculum of that school. The course is one that can be taken only by those who have already gone through the Monroe Institute's undergraduate program, called Gateway the one where you learn how to leave your body.
Sound kooky? The man in charge, Robert A. Monroe, is a formidable figure. He was a highly successful producer of radio shows in the fifties. At about that Time, he discovered that he could journey "out-of-his-body." Another, nonphysical, "spirit" body would slip out of his physical body, slip through the walls, and begin to journey over the countryside--and into other dimensions.
For awhile, Monroe thought he was crazy. Or that he was dying. Terror assailed him as he struggled to get back to his "body." Doctors told him he was suffering from hallucinations.
Monroe set up his own foundation, the Monroe Institute, to try to understand his experiences. He became more and more adept at having "out-of-body experiences," which he called OBEs. He invented a technology, called "hemi-sync" which consisted of feeding sound into the two hemispheres of the brain to facilitate altered states of consciousnessespecially OBEs.
For more than two decades now, people from all walks of life have been coming to his Institute to learn how to travel out of their bodies. Often, they have been successful though there can hardly be scientific proof for this kind of journey. Monroe's sound technology has also helped people to control pain, strengthen their immune system, hasten their recuperation, lower their blood pressure, enhance recovery of speech and motor skills after a stroke, and much more.
Monroe has written three books in which he has described what he has seen and experienced while traveling in his out-of-body state through what appear to be other dimensions of reality. "Journeys Out of the Body," was published in 1971, and created a sensation. It was the first book to deal with such experiences in detail. "Far Journeys" was published in 1985. It continued Monroe's odyssey. He spoke of his contacts with benevolent nonphysical entities whom he called INSPECS (Intelligent Species). He recounted his journey to the year 3500. He told of beneficial contacts with his former lives, all of these lives existing simultaneously in the parallel dimensions which he visited. He alluded mysteriously to contingents of physical and non-physical beings who appear to be waiting poised just beyond our earth to help us in our coming difficulties. He talked also about "Loosh," loosely translated as love. Loosh, Monroe says, is a substance that is created in the souls of humans through the agency of self-sacrificing love. It is harvested by, and it is necessary to the welfare of, beings in higher spiritual reaches of the universe or so Monroe suggested in his book.
Monroe's latest book, "Ultimate Journey," was published in April, 1994. It carries on the account of Bob Monroe's astonishing saga. His out-of-body experiences continue. And he discovers that his favorite INSPEC guide was himself, from his own future, which is now his present. He learns that, close to the end of his life, it is he who will conduct the conversations with himself that helped him, 40 years earlier, to first navigate other dimensions of our universe.
In "Ultimate Journey," Monroe journeys into the very core of his soul. He encounters the "I There," that place where everything we have ever experienced in all our lives, in this and every other dimension, is gathered together to help us through our individual lives. We are not alone, says Monroe. We have ourselves a company infinitely greater than we ever thought.
Monroe journeys to what he will later, in his Institute work, call Focus 23 the place where the confused spirits of the newly dead gather to sort themselves out. And he comes upon the Park the place to which those spirits are taken and where they will rest and prepare themselves for the next step. This second stop Monroe calls, in his Institute work, Focus 27. Monroe tells us, in his latest book, that, in the Lifeline program at his Institute, he has trained hundreds of people to help guide the dead to the Park. Lying in tiny cubicles in darkness, wearing earphones, his students are able to leave their bodies and embark on their adventures. In a number of cases, Monroe's voyagers beyond the physical have been able to obtain names, addresses, and other information about the spirits of the dead whom they have helped. Monroe has been able to find corroboration.

So . . . the Known Basic. The physical universe, including the whole of humankind, is an ongoing creative process. There is indeed a Creator. Who or what this Creator is lies beyond the Emitter and the Aperture, and I have not been there. Therefore, that part I do not know. Not yet. All I have is the overwhelming experience in the ray near the Emitter, and of the evolving creative process as it takes place in this world and in myself. This I perceive with my Different Overview.
The human mind-consciousness has speculated for aeons as to our Creator beyond that Aperture. I have not been able to engage in this for reasons I now recognize. Because of the continuing use of the label of "God" in a myriad variations, I had resisted any attempt at identification in any descriptive form. The discoloration and misconceptions would be too great. Now I know why I had resisted.

The same applies to the word "spiritual" and many other commonly used terms.
 

These to me are Knowns:
This, our Creator:
   • is beyond our comprehension as long as we remain human
   • is the designer of the ongoing process of which we are a part
   • has a purpose for such action beyond our ability to understand
   • makes adjustments, fine tuning, in this process as needed
   • establishes simple laws that apply to everyone and everything
   • does not demand worship, adoration, or recognition 
   • does not punish for "evil" and "misdeeds"

   • does not intercede or interdict in our life activity

The desire to return with gifts is an integral part of the design.
Most important, I realized that no words I could write or speak, no music I could compose, would be able to transfer fully such Knowing to another human mind. As a belief it might be possible, but not as a Known. This could come only through direct individual experience. How to provide this was the essential item. Then I became aware that the process of transfer was two-thirds completedin place and operating within the learning system we had devised at our Institute.First I had to ascertain why there was a need to help this transfer to others. I recalled my meeting with the nameless great being near the Aperture. I was incomplete, I had been told. I was too "small." There was not "enough" of me. And I knew nothing of the "gifts" that were to accompany me through the Aperture.
I remembered the human civilization of thousands of years ago that I had visited. They were more than a million in number; they had received their Signal and were preparing to depart as a completed unit. I remembered too the sudden "winking out" the disappearance of hundreds of thousands of assembled humans, no longer in a physical state, in the nearby I There clusters bonded together. Lastly I remembered the visit I made a few years ago, when I traveled some fifteen hundred years into the future to a nonphysical human civiliza- tion of which I was a part. Theyor wewere on the verge of departure as a unified whole. My visit was some form of final closure they had been waiting for, which I did not then understand.
I understand now. Also I understand what "small" meant, why I was "incomplete," and what the "gifts" were. I know why I became involved in the "retrieval" process of those who had left the physical. And I understand why I felt the need to share my experiences through books and writing, why I put all my physical assets and years of personal effort into the development of learning systems, so that others could achieve states of consciousness similar to those I had experi- enced. It was not ego gratification; I had no desire to become a guru or "spiritual" leader. It was not fame; my other life activities had taken care of that. It was not fortune; I had done well enough in this respect long before my first OBE. Nor was it the many personalities of me in the I There of me. Individually they were as unknowing as I. They were simply part of the mosaic.
It was the Basic; the collection and unification of the "parts," not only the errant and missing ones in my own I-There, but the parts of the entire I There cluster to which I am bonded. I have no idea how many others are in the cluster. It may be thousands or hundreds of thousands. Why is there this need for total unification? So that we can become truly One. Complete, and with a multitude of gifts of experience and love. Then we as a totality can wink out and pass through the Aperture. And what then? The answer is unknown. The schedule for this Earth departure is apparently in the thirty fifth century. But we cannot leave until we have gathered back all of the parts of each I There in our cluster a massive task. So we shall be in the retrieval mode as needed, as parts of us drop out of the physical bewildered and uncer- tain, or fall through a crack in a belief system that has held them entrapped for so long.
My role, I could see, was that of a facilitator. The Basic needed to be incorporated into our activities and learning sys- tems. I had been unaware of what we had been leading up to. I was unaware also of the probability that within our methods and techniques to improve human consciousness there was some kind of Signal that may have alerted and attracted those who are from their own I There bonded within our cluster. I wondered how many of the thousands who had participated in our programs belong to our particular cluster. There is no way of knowing, yet.
For more than fifteen years our programs have been pro- viding working knowledge of human consciousness up to the very edge of Time-space. The move beyond this border to be- gin gathering knowledge of the Basic was indeed an ultimate
challenge. The problem was how to do this cleanly and clearly, to make the Basic a Known instead of a belief. This could only happen through personal experience. I had to start with Knowns. What I have called the entry ramps to the Interstate is physical death as perceived by most Human Minds. These ramps lead past the edge of their Known map, and the road signs are contradictory.
Culturally, we know very little about death and beyond at this Time. We may believe different premises and prospects, but that is not Knowing. The only thing that we all do know is that physical death is going to happen to each of us and to those we love sooner or later. But that is all, and hence comes the fear.
To compound the situation, virtually all of our knowledge and scientific study are focused upon physical matter and Timespace. Our insatiable dream is to know all about Here without exception or omission. The origin of this compulsion goes back to the human struggle to exist in a hostile environment, driven by the directive to survive. This underlying motive is still present, even though heavily disguised. In the matter of physical death, our sciences can provide only those approaches that somehow relate to physical matter. Specifically we are looking at a system of measurement of Something. If there is no electrical signal in the brain, if there is no chemical action, if there is no physical movement, then you have Nothing. So death equals Nothing. And if you ask whether the Human Mind disappears when the electrochemical reaction ceases, much like the magnetic field around an electromagnet when the electricity is shut off, you will almost certainly receive a positive answer. But, you may continue, such magnetic fields don't really disappear, because they leave measurable imprints on sensitive matter in or near them so what about the mind? Of course, comes the scientific reply, humans do much the same; they live in the memory of their remaining loved ones or in the physical artifacts they caused to be formed their work, their books, buildings, and so on. But that is all.
It is easy to see why so many scientists and medical professionals are nihilist or atheist in their public stance. But even so, many are forced into a belief image of survival owing to cultural pressure or hidden hopes and guilts. Moreover, scientific and medical researchers are inadvertent participants in the Earth Life System predator process. As such, they are prone to adjust their data to suit their needs as much as any- one else. Nevertheless, some of our greatest scientists have deduced that we are more than our physical bodies, or at least that our mind is more than the output of our brain.
The bulk of our scientific knowledge is not germane to any approach that tries to make Something out of Nothing, and so we must reluctantly set it aside. Scientific endeavor is almost wholly enmeshed in the Earth Life System and physical Time space, and very little is applicable in this arena. Nor do religions and philosophies provide us with much help. For thousands of years men of religion in particular have been trying to persuade us to believe in subsequent-to-death exis- tence. A vast number of techniques have been utilized in the attempt to help followers into the Knowing stage, but very few, if indeed any, have succeeded. So we come back to personal experience. If it were possible to cross the border, to visit the area of so-called Nothing and return, and to describe it as it is in clear terms uninhibited by belief systems, then this would in Time lead to worldwide Knowing and consequently the elimination of fear. But so far we do not know how to do this. Yet there is the possibility that we are already doing it and we simply don't remember.
